Our Story
Established in 2016 by Rachelle Davis, our Lead SLP, Speak Speech was born out of a dream to serve children with a variety of needs and backgrounds. Beginning with 30 kids and a driven Clinical Fellow by her side, Rachelle grew Speak Speech into a company that services families across the Houston area, from as south as League City to as north as Willis, we serve families of all walks and work with them to meet the needs of each individual child.
Speak has over 30 full-time Speech-Language Pathologists and SLP-Assistants that are dedicated to the growth and development of each child they see. Our diverse group consists of new college graduates and seasoned professionals.
We support our therapists by creating clustered caseloads based within 30 miles of their home or another agreed-upon location. Our therapists have security in knowing we support them from the first day of training onward. Our Supervisors are committed to providing feedback that helps therapists grow and be the best they can be.
As of 2021 we are serving over 500 patients and are looking forward to growing even more. Thank you for being here to see this journey.

We exclusively staff the Daisy Kids Care clinic, a clinic that works in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and of course Speech Therapy. We also work with home health care agencies across Houston and staff the Journey School for children with autism and other unique needs.
